Barbeque Ribs

October 19th, 2009

Did this a couple of times in the past several weeks and it has turned out so good I had to pass it along.

Wash the ribs and pat dry with towel. Using your favorite rub cover them generously and then place meat side down on your All Seasons Grill. I used my Texan Grill as I had two very large racks. Turn the heat on so two bars are lite on the control. Close the lid and come back in 6o minutes. Turn the ribs bone side down and put some sauce on the meat side. Close the lid and come back in about 45 minutes. Turn one last time just to get the crispy covering on the meat side of the ribs.

Serve with corn on the cob and a fresh garden salad. Can’t beat the flavors and ease of cooking these ribs!
